General Terms

  1. You agree to pay all charges as mentioned above and in compliance to our TOU.
  2. You agree that the name of the company, VAT number, address, telephone and email that you provide during registration on our platform, is valid business information and that we may invoice you at such address or through other electronic communications. We save this information only for invoicing purposes. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
  3. You have the option to choose a monthly or an annual subscription. Customized plans are available as well upon request. If you wish to find out more information about our customized plans, please contact us at info@nestcargo.com.
  4. As soon as you choose your preferred subscription, you have the option to pay via credit card or bank transfer.
    1. If you choose to pay via credit card, our site will redirect you to the Viva Payments website, the third-party payment processor (the “Payment Processor”) that we use for credit card payments. The processing of payments shall be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Payment Processor in addition to our TOU. We are not responsible for error or delays by the Payment Processor. By placing an order for a subscription plan (“Order”), you agree to pay us, through the Payment Processor, all charges at the prices stated for the applicable Order. You further authorize us, through the Payment Processor, to charge your chosen payment provider (your “Payment Method”). You agree to make payment using that selected Payment Method. Τhe terms of your payment will depend on your Payment Method and may be determined by agreements between you and the financial institution, credit card issuer or other provider of your chosen Payment Method. We do not collect, have access to, nor save any credit card and other payment information that you provide to the Payment Processor.
    2. If you choose to pay via bank transfer, you will receive a list with our associated bank institutions. As soon as you agree to place your Order, you will receive an Order number and an invoice from us. You must then proceed with the bank transfer within 30 days, using your Order number at your preferred bank institution. We will provide you with access to our platform and services, as soon as your chosen bank institution verifies that your payment took place.
    3. We shall invoice you instantly at the moment that you purchase your preferred subscription plan, for all amounts due including VAT. We shall send you the invoice via e-mail.
    4. The charges included in the invoice are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities in your country of residence, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.
    5. We reserve the right, at any time and at its discretion, to change any fees and any other pricing terms. We shall e-mail you the changes and we will also post the changes on our site. Changes shall be effective immediately.

Change of Subscription Plans

  1. If you wish to “upgrade” (from a 1 Mode of Transport Plan to a 2 Modes of Transport Plan, or from a 2 Modes of Transport Plan to a 3 Modes of Transport Plan), you can do so at any time via our platform. The additional fee for the new plan will be charged pro rata, meaning that well will take into consideration the effective date of the upgrade to the new plan and your remaining subscription time under your previous plan in order to calculate the additional fee due.
  2. If you wish to “downgrade” (from a 3 Modes of Transport Plan to a 2 Modes of Transport Plan or from a 2 Modes of Transport Plan to a 1 Mode of Transport Plan), you may do so at the end of your current subscription by choosing a plan with less modes of transport for your next monthly or annual subscription. However, please note that no refund is available for the “downgrade”.

Refund Policy

  1. You may terminate your monthly subscription at any time pursuant to our TOU. However, you are not entitled to a refund.
  2. You may terminate your annual subscription at any time according to our TOU. However, you are not entitled to a refund.

Non-Payment

  1. In the event that our Payment Processor cannot process the your credit card payment, we reserve the right to terminate your account.
  2. In the event of bank transfer, if you fail to pay the invoice within 30 days of receipt, we reserve the right to terminate your account.
  3. In the event that we terminate your account for breach of our TOU, all amounts that you owe us for the use of our services, shall become immediately due and payable.
  4. In the event that you have purchased a customized annual plan with several installments, a non-payment of one installment shall constitute breach of our Pricing Policy. We shall then terminate your account immediately.
  5. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to seek payment using any remedies allowed to us by law.
